Since this was requested: I’m being a bad Tumblrer and not linking the original because I changed a lot of it.
1 pound of ground hamburger meat (I used extra lean “happy cow”: grass fed, antibiotic free!) 1 large onion, chopped (or 1 1/2 T of onion powder, like me)
2 tablespoons butter

BIRTHDAY!
This Saturday I turn 21. At 12:21AM to be exact. So Friday night I’m going to a comedy show with some friends, then to Baltimore bars, and on Saturday I’ll have my Goucher party :)
I don’t understand why people don’t like their birthdays! It’s your own personal holiday! And if you don’t celebrate it or get excited about it, who will? No one else really cares....
